Prices and Registration

Price: The conference participation fee is 900 US $. The fee covers participation in the three-day conference, including symposiums, workshops, meals, coffee breaks, conference materials and publications.

CME, CE etc: In addition to CME credit for physicians, we are planning to offer continuing education credit to nurses, psychologists, physical and occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists.

Cancellation: There is no fee for cancellation of participation until 30 days prior to the conference opening. So you can secure your place and register in time, and if something comes, and you have to cancel – all your money will be reimbursed. Only if canceled less than 30 days prior to the conference, a symbolic cancellation fee of 100 $ will be charged.

Accommodation at Harvard: For those interested, we have reserved rooms in some hotels in Boston, and those interested can reserve them at a discount price which we have arranged for this occasion. The details and links for reservations will be published here within two weeks.

Students: Students from recognized academic institutions are entitled to reduced registration fees (only 750 $). If you are a student requesting this discount, please indicate so in the remarks on your registration form, and send us an official confirmation of your student status from your university.

Attached at the bottom of the page is the online registration  form. Please fill the required information in the form and send it on-line by the site (the form is secured). Within 3-4 working days, you will receive confirmation from our office.
